Landowner Education Seminars

Following one of the latest harvests on record, heavy snow fall this past Winter and another wet Spring, 2010 has all the makings to be another challenging year. You may be anxious to hear about what's going on in the Midwest agricultural economy and how it is affecting farmland leases and land prices.

Hertz Farm Management is pleased to present a series of Landowner Educational Seminars to bring Midwest landowners up to date on several important agricultural issues. In addition, attendees will receive an update on the grain markets and maximizing their farmland investment. Client services will also be discussed. These seminars are designed for landowners who don’t farm their land.

All seminars begin at 9:00 a.m. and adjourn by 3:30 p.m.

If you would like to attend, pre-registration is required and the fee is $25 per person/ $40 per couple if payment is received in advance of the seminar and $30 per person/$50 per couple if the registration fee is paid at the door. The noon meal and break refreshments are included. The fee is waived for current clients. The dates and locations of our Summer 2010 seminars and registration information are shown below. You will receive an agenda and a map with directions to the seminar site prior to the meeting. Handouts are provided at the seminar including a copy of the power point slides.
